Investment Process

From first conversation to admission as a limited partner

STEP 01
Introductory Call
Discuss the strategy, the structure and your objectives with Thomas Visaggio directly
STEP 02
Accreditation Verification
Independent third-party verification of accredited investor status, required under Rule 506(c). Self-certification is not permitted.
STEP 03
Offering Documents
Receive and review the confidential private placement memorandum, limited partnership agreement and subscription documents.
STEP 04
Diligence & Questions
Review with your own legal, tax and financial advisors. Follow-up sessions available on request.
STEP 05
Subscription
Submit executed documents and wire funds at least three business days prior to the applicable monthly subscription date.
STEP 06
Admission
Admitted as a limited partner as of the first day of the calendar month, subject to the 99-investor limit.
